Vi lanserar nu möjligheten att köpa andelar av vårt fatlagrade gin på ett Grand Rioja fat. Tunnan är tillverkat av eksorten Quercus Rosaceae där det först har lagrats en rioja (Grand Reserva) under sex år, därefter har Hven mognat sin Whiskey Old Hare i sex månder. Fatet är på strax över 200 liter och vi räknar med att få ut 400-500 flaskor. En andel motsvarar en åttondel av fatet. Ginet kommer lagras runt tre månader eller tills vi bedömer smaken som optmial. Ginet kommer såklart har vår ginkaraktär men med en lätt vinös känsla med mjuka whiskeytoner. Kontakta oss för mer information.
