We are now launching the opportunity to buy shares of our barrel-aged gin in a Grand Rioja barrel. The barrel is made from the oak species Quercus Rosaceae where a rioja (Grand Reserva) has first been aged for six years, then Hven has matured its Whiskey Old Hare for six months. The barrel is just over 200 liters and we expect to get out 400-500 bottles. A share corresponds to an eighth of the barrel. The gin will be aged for around three months or until we judge the taste to be optimal. The gin will of course have our gin character but with a light vinous feel with soft whiskey tones.
