Our collection of beverages is a harmonious union of local herbs, grown in the mineral-rich Gotland soil and shaped by the sea and the wind. And of course, the raw spirit that forms the heart of our drinks is of Swedish origin.
We take pride in our Swedish heritage and create beverages that are not only refreshing, but also a tribute to our love for the Gotlandic nature and its unique character. This is also reflected in the unique design of our bottle, inspired by where the sea meets the coast and the rugged harshness of Gotland. Behind the label hides a small and poorly kept secret, H20 is embossed to encourage reuse. The gin is artisanally produced at Stafva Manor, with a history dating back to the 13th century.

Bottle by bottle, label by label. Most is done by hand, but for us, the craft involves so much more. It's about the processes of setting recipes and refining flavors, visiting local growers, picking rosehips on a rainy autumn day, watering our own grown musk mallow and lavender, designing bottles and labels, but above all, allowing curiosity to have room and taking the time to smell and taste.
